| Summary: | Development of information technology interests of PT PLN WS2JB to develop
and implement information technology systems to improve efficiency and
effectiveness in the company's business poses. This study aims to identify the
successful implementation of corporate web-based email, PT PLN WS2JB using
DeLone and McLean model in terms of user satisfaction, usage and impact of
individual and to obtain empirical evidence about the determinants of successful
implementation of corporate web-based email at PT PLN WS2JB.
This research uses of information systems success model of DeLone and
McLean (2003) which has been modified in order to conform with the
characteristics of corporate information technology systems webmail PT PLN
WS2JB. Samples are the employees who use corporate information technology
systems in a web-based email job everyday. Questionnaires distributed as many as
180 pieces and analyzed by using software SmartPLS 2.0
The results of this study indicate that successful implementation of
corporate web-based email, PT PLN WS2JB significantly influenced by the quality
of systems, information quality, user satisfaction, usage and suitability of tasks and
technologies. Corporate user satisfaction webmail significantly influenced by the
quality system, quality and usage information. The use is significantly influenced
by the quality system and user satisfaction while the individual impact significantly
influenced by the quality system, kualtias information, use and tasks and
technology fit.
