Metamizole was generally consumed to reduce headache (70.44%), severe joint (11.82%), toothache (8.62%), general pain (4.19%) : menstruation syndrome pain, posttrauma pain, sore-throat, influenza, oral ulceration, and asthma. The patients generally consumed metamizole only if they had any health complaints with the duration of consumption less than a year (38.9%), more than a year (2,9%), more than 2 years (0,98%). Based on the interview result to the participants, no complaint was found after consuming metamizole or after making an interaction between consuming metamizole and any other drugs. Physical examination and laboratory results of the 2 subjects showed symptoms of anemia. To lead to agranulocytosis still need further examination
