| Summary: | Waste not separated from human activity, but their existence do not
expected cause it can make an effect, that is the dirty area. Dinas Pertamanan
dan Kebersihan Kota Bengkulu that responsible for handling and managing the
waste in Bengkulu City. That have some standardization such as : provision of a
place or container, transference, transportation, and the waste effluent water
(monografi Dinas Pertamanan dan Kebersihan Kota Bengkulu, 2007: II.I).
Researcher do the research about waste in Bengkulu City with use
qualitative descriptive method when that mean as problem solution procedure
that observant with explain the subject or object situation that research such as
individual, institute, society, and what ever now days by virtue of facts that
appear or as they are (Nawawi, 1998: 63).The destination this research to explain
the real fenomena that happened visceral (Moleong, 2008: 11). The research
about waste served managing purpose :
a. Want to explain waste served implementation that implement by
horticulture and cleanness department of Bengkulu City in waste handling
for Bengkulu City nowdays.
b. Want to explain and identification constraint in waste served management
handling in Bengkulu City.
According theoretical served management is a process to applicate art
and knowledge to arrange the plan, implementating the plan, coordinating and
finishing served activity for the sake of served purpose (Ratminto & Winarsih,
2007: 4). Waste is a disposal or human energy residue every day and nature
process that organized as solid (UU.RI No.18, 2008: 1).
