One of the efforts of waste management and utilization of tea waste is to recycle (recycle) of tea waste by composting The purpose of this study to determine the extent of the influence of various biostarter and worms Eisenia foetida against the speed and quality of the composting process solid waste of tea. Compost material used was a mixture of tea waste at 20 kg and 2 kg of bran that has been fermented. Compost materials were given 4 treatments with 3 repetitions. Biostarter used in this study were: biostarter stardec, Biostarter EM4, and biostarter biostarter MOL which is local, that is made of the remaining vegetables and fruit rot, and the worm Eisenia foetida as local Biostarter biodecomposer is an alternative to reduce the use and application of manufactured biostarter very easy for farmers. Biostarter was added to the raw material of organic waste to help the composting process faster is more or less 21 days. Once every 7 days composting analyzed C / N ratio, content of C, N, P, K, to determine the effect of adding various biostarter and worms Eisenia foetida. The results of C / N ratio with biostarter MOL, worms Eisenia foetida, biostarter EM4, and biostarter Stardec are: 16.08, 16.73, 18.32, 18.86 of this value according to SNI 19-7030-2004 which is 10 - 20 compost was mature. Value of N content (%), P (%), K (%), with the corresponding value in comparison to the SNI 19-7030-2004 C, N, P, K, C / N ratio with SNI 19-7030-2004. Treatment with MOL to provide the results of quality compost such as the content of N, P, K and C / N ratio better than other treatments ie, 1.08% N, 1.71% P, 0.65% K and 16.08 C/N ratio.
