Summary:This study sought to examine: What is the attitude and behavior of employees who are represented in the variable organizational commitment (CP) on the result of a resource allocation decisions that are not participatory and How Monitoring variable effects that moderate the relationship between attitudes and behavior to perceptions of justice. Dependent variable in this research is employee commitment variables and independent varibael is justice. This research conducted experiments that the respondent is a student at the Faculty of Economics And Business Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta. Participan are as many as 81 student of accounting program. Anova analysis is used to investigate hypotesis. The result show that the first Hypotesis (H1) In the low level of justice that commitment can be increased even though there is no monitoring of the superiors. The first hypothesis states that a decision result obtained under conditions of low levels of justice, the commitment will increase with a superior monitoring. And The second hypothesis (H2) states that a decision result obtained under conditions of low levels of fairness and justice are high then the commitment will increase with a superior monitoring.
