Summary: | This thesis research aims (1) to determine the role of field officers young
leadership in the development of quality performance of soldiers, (2) to determine the
role of soldier performance in supporting of Resilience National, and (3) to determine
the role of field officers young leadership and performance of soldiers in support of
Resilience National.
The method used is survey. The respondents consisted of members of the
brigade soldiers - 2 Marines from all starta rank (officer, sergant and coporal) with
total 60 people, which is determined randomly. Informants consisted of 4 persons
namely brigade commander - 2 Marines and yunior commander as well as his staff
officer. Analysis of the data used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative.
Results showed that (1) correlation between the leadership role of the quality
of soldiers, including a strong performance (0.9348) or a variable contribution to the
quality of the leadership role of soldier performance 87.39% (large), (2) correlation
between the leadership role of the Resilience National including strong (0.9586) or
variable contribution to the Resilience National leadership role at 91.89% (large), (3)
correlation between the role of Human Resources of the Resilience National
including the strong (0.9525) or a variable contribution to the Human Resources
National Resilience of 95.25% (large), and (4) correlation between the role of
Leadership and Quality Performance of the Resilience National soldiers, including
strong (0.9714) or a variable contribution Leadership roles and Quality Performance
of soldiers of the National Resilience 94.36% (large).
Thus the contribution of independent variables (ie: the leadership of young
officers and field performance quality resources warriors) against the dependent
variable (Resilience National) big.
