| Summary: | The objective of this research is to analyze maintenance system of
operational asset medic in RS. Panti Rapih Yogyakarta analyze the medical care
system asset Operations. Penelitian analisis uses two tools namely importance
performace analysis (IPA) and SWOT analysis, and to measure the accuracy of
the questionnaire using a Likert scale, as well as validity and reliability

From the results of asset maintenance systems analyst
and the analysis of the results of collecting and processing data
through questionnaires and interviews of the employees and management at RS.

Importance Performance analysis of test results per-variabel showed SOP
already exist but have not run well in because there are several factors that hamper
including: human resources are lacking both in quality and quantity because
advancement of medical technology and there is a lack of specialized institutions
that develop skills for the nurses medical equipment engineering. Lack of
information and communication between nurses and the medical techniques in the
treatment and medical equipment damage, schaduleing in the treatment of medical
devices do not walk according to what was planned, just checking by the end user
is not by the medical engineering maintenance, checking only when there are
complaints that alone should fill out a notification letter / SP3 as a reporting tool
that get damaged or not functioning, but it is also a lack of information on tools
that have been calibrated or any repair or new equipment arrived, causing a miss
communication between nurses and the treating tools, The need for performance
improvement, especially the relationship between management and employees as
far less attention when employees have complaints, especially the use of medical
devices or even an employee is not competent in their fields so often creating
small conflicts between employees or between employees and management,
barriers him in the care of medical equipment for which spare parts are sometimes
scarce on the market and have to wait longer if there are such parts because they
have to wait for shipments from out of town or from another country.

SWOT Analysis Based on SWOT analysis of the medical care system
Asset Operations was in Quadrant 1, which is a very
profitable situation, the organization has the opportunity and strength so as to take
advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy should be applied in this
condition is to support the aggressive growth policies (Strategy SO or power
strategies - opportunities), and have the power of a great opportunity to compete
among rival hospitals in Yogyakarta, other than that so it can be said operational
asset maintenance system can be run to be better.
