| description | Programs and Contents Raqan broadcasters in Aceh is a draft of the
implementing regulations of Law No. 11/2006 on the Government of Aceh. Raqan is
prepared on the proposal of the Government of Aceh through the Aceh KPID. The
research was conducted to determine the characteristics of Raqan Program and
Content Broadcasting in Aceh. Further evaluation of the content of the draft Qanun is
against the fundamentals of freedom of information. So this research can contribute
to the improvement of each article is based on the fundamentals of freedom of
information data collection study was conducted by analyzing the contents. The
results of the assessment done by the coder and then boosted with the calculation of
test-retes to be known reliability data from the coder.
From the results of the test-retes that reliability data is obtained by 82%, so
that the assessment by the coder is worth analyzing. From the calculations shown
that the material most widely in the set are the complaints and the supervision and at
least one of which is the contents of the feasibility of recommendations and
programming. Can be seen statistically, at least the rules regarding the feasibility of
recommendations and broadcast program content is not consistent with the title of

The results of the evaluation of nine categories of variables used to analyze
the contents of this raqan, found that Raqan is still not in line with the spirit of
