Summary: | This research is in the field of Tourism in particular is a culinary tour. Locus and
this research is Culinary Products in Lesehan Malioboro Yogyakarta. The purpose of
this study was to determine whether there is significant influence between quality
culinary products to tourist motivation visit to Lesehan Malioboro. There are two main
things that a discussion in this study, quality culinary products, and motivations of
tourists visit. This study uses the positivistic paradigm of quantitative and qualitative
descriptive.
Findings obtained through observation and depth interviews of such a profile
Lesehan Malioboro profile merchants, tourists visitors Lesehan Malioboro profiles,
and policies imposed on Lesehan Malioboro. It is also found to recognize several
problems concerning culinary products.
The results of this study is known that lesehan Malioboro is not a major tourist
destination in making their travel. About the quality culinary products in order (from
most influential to the low level of influence) that affect the motivation of tourists visit
are (1) price, (2) presentation, (3) atmosphere, (4) service, (5) hygiene and (6) Food
and Beverage quality. Overall quality culinary products is not a factor which
significantly affected the motivation of tourists visit the Lesehan Malioboro. The
Other factors are more influential on motivation to visit Lesehan Malioboro as an
integral part with an area of Malioboro is a tourism icon of Yogyakarta, and the
presence of linkage nostalgia.
