Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of information
systems laboratory results online and SMS on the Hi-Lab Diagnostic
Center in Yogyakarta, from the aspect of ease of use and usefulness. This
evaluation is to see acceptance and user satisfaction of information
systems lab results online and SMS
Methods: The study was a descriptive qualitative research design. This
research will explore in depth about the user's perception of the
convenience, benefits, acceptance and user satisfaction of information
systems lab results online and SMS. Data collecting used depth
interviews.
Results: The results of laboratory information systems online and SMS is
easy to learn and easy to use. Laboratory results can be directly received
by patients and doctors via SMS or a website of Hi-Lab. Constraints
laboratory results online information system and SMS system disorders
occur when there is, so sending pending examination results. Examination
results are sent poorly understood because the use of medical
abbreviations, so the explanation is less understood by some patients.
Conclusion: Acceptance users on information systems lab results online
and SMS are the results of the examination can be identified quickly by the
patient and medical personnel, simplify and speed up your work.
Respondents still want innovation and improving the quality of a better
system. |
