Summary:Background: Simpus Implementation was background by the frequent incidence of unmatch data across sections in Health Office, data conveying were not in time, and heavy duty burden bear by health staffs because double task and role. Implementation of Simpus was aimed to obtained quality data (accurate, relevant, in time) to help take policy in each services level. One of most important resources in Simpus application was the human resource readiness, which form of main factors in implementing information system. Objectives: Analyzed the human resources readiness of Simpus administrator of East Kotawaringin Regency in implementing web based Simpus by using PRISM framework approach. Methods: This was qualitative study. The respondents were 20 peoples, consist of data administrator and head of Puskesmas (Community Health Center), head of section, head of Health Office. The data were obtained by interview, documents review and direct observation. Results and discussion: Human resources education in preparing to implement Simpus in Health Office, was already meet the standard but in Community Health Center many of them were a nurse and thus they had double position. For Health Office, motivation to implementing Simpus was willingness to get quality data, for Community Health Center was willingness to ease in made routine report. All community Health Center accepted Simpus implementation. All respondents in Community Health Center knew Simpus. The respondent which fluent in operating Simpus were many more compared to the respondent which were not. Training for Community Health Center was not met the need yet. Conclusion: Part of education and training in Community Health Center was not met the need yet. Respondent�s knowledge and attitude generally sufficient and accept on Simpus Implementation. Supervision program using direct coaching, monitoring in Simpus Program in the Regency and VOIP in urban area.
