| Summary: | This research aims to know the agreement of good/service supplying that the
government makes including authentic certificate or non-notary certificate and law protection
for them who deal with good/service supplying.
The characteristic of this research is normative. The research is conducted in
government institution, especially General Section of Brebes Region Government and
interview process for data collecting from field research. The data that has been arranged
systematically, both primary result of interview and secondary result of book study are then
analyzed qualitatively that later called as qualitative data analysis. Then, the data is provided
descriptively describing real facts occurred in the field that related to the case that will be
discussed. Based on the result of research,
Based on the research, the agreement of the good/service supplying is not notary
certificate because the dignitaries of the suppliers can not be grouped into general dignitary
and the contract of good/service agreement does not read to the involved sides but it is read
by the user of good/service. Even though not notary certificate, the law protection toward
involved sides is strong, because the duty of each side, in this case Brebes Region
Government and good/service supplier, has been regulated in President Decision Number 80
Year 2003 and in President Decision Number 54 Year 2010.
