| Summary: | Background: Transformation of hospital development in recent years enters the global
situation that is competitive in market value. Lack of subsidy changes hospital
development from adopting humanity values to economic view. To attract consumers,
lots of efforts have been made. Sustainability of consumers is essential to the hospital
because hospital business depends on consumers. Pindad hospital is open to the general
public, not only for Pindad staff. Average visits to Dental Polyclinic of Pindad Hospital
by the community are as many as 35 patients and by employer 465 patients a month.
This extreme difference attracts the interest of the researcher to study this issue.
Objective: The study aimed to identify factors affecting interest of consumers in
utilizing Pindad Hospital service.
Method: The study was non experimental with cross sectional study design. Subject
consisted of 200 people, divided into two groups |
