Secondary data has been got from previous data there and has composed by related sides that are used as supporter in the effort has given region civil service body office description and education and Ampat's king regency training. Analysis method that used in has analyzed difference that happened in financing posts rcruitment official in the year 2005,2006,2007,2008 and 2009 allow analysis statistic descriptive with analyze data by describe or draw data that has gatherred as it is has aimed has made conclusion generically. Analysis result shows that found good difference in estimation planning in estimation realization recruitment between 2005,2006,2007,2008 and 2009 so that follow our conclusion that estimation planning happens inefficiency and impress without evaluate estimation realization and standard price only estimated to has planned estimation and has caused estimation use not yet effective and efficient. Difference happens in expense activity posts print answer sheet computer and expense print exercise, Cost per applicant disagree with that planned, Tending to increase in realization stage, Consequence happens price change.
