Some restrictions are intended to help direction provide on good governance,
including known is the nine principles that characterize of good governance, those
are transparency, participation, rule of law, responsive, consensus building,
equity, effectiveness and efficiency, accountable , and strategic vision. One
supporter of good governance is where the government able to carry out of public

measured from the technology indicators include working equipment and working
methods used to services produced by the organization, inputs or materials quality
