Summary:The agro-industry of aloe vera in Pontianak is a superior product that produces a variety of processed aloe vera products such as beverages, dodol, tea, jelly, crackers, and chocolate. Processed aloe vera products need efficiency as a measurement of performance in an attempt to increase productivity and have business strategies so that in the future, the business can be efficient and prospective. The purposes of this research are: (1) to find out the efficiency of agro-industry of processed aloe vera product in Pontianak, (2) to identify the internal environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) that impact on the development of agroindustry of processed aloe vera products in Pontianak, (3) to formulate alternative strategies in the development of agro-industry of processed aloe vera products in Pontianak in accordance with the future condition. This study uses the DEA approach (Data Envelopment Analysis) to measure the efficiency score of each entrepreneur of processed aloe vera products in Pontianak. Technical efficiency of the performance of entrepreneurs have been measured by constant returns to scale (CCR) with input oriented. DEA-Solver excel software has been used to analyze the data. Furthermore, this study uses SWOT and QSPM approach to measure the business development strategy so that the entrepreneurs who are inefficient in running the business of processed aloe vera products will become efficient by choosing a strategy of priorities that have been determined. The result shows that from 20 entrepreneurs of processed aloe vera products in Pontianak
