Summary: | This thesis aims to evaluate the process of outsourcing relationship
between PT SKU and PT X and evaluate how far the current contract model has
reflected a mutual benefit for both parties by referring to the relevant theory. The
study has limitation whereas it is observed from the perspective of the
organization of PT X as the supplier of co-packing for PT X.
This research is a case study using descriptive method. The research data
was collected from various sources, including literature, observation, and
interviews with the management of PT SKU. The analysis in this study conducted
by evaluating outsourcing strategies and needs, the process of negotiating
contracts, model contracts, and performance results.
The result of this study indicate that: 1) the strategy of PT SKU is still
