databases must address satisfying and can not produce maximum accordance to the
available machine capacity. So that, the company have not been able to optimize its
performance and the product demand by the consumer can not fully met.
This study conducted at PT. Madubaru Yogyakarta by analyzing its performance
efficiency of internal supply chain management, analyze future projected raw materials
needs and maximize the production planning process of internal efficiency of supply
chain management. Next step was described the remediation efforts, so the company can
compete in national sugar plantation industry.
The result of this study was to determine the performance efficiency of the
internal supply chain management that has not optimal yet. The forecasting result using
trend projection method was unable to provide the optimization of production, so with
mathematical calculation known that extra raw materials amounted to 65105.88 tons and
856.66 hectares are needed to extend the land area. Therefore, based on the analysis of
this study, the company requires improvement effort that is expansion program of
sugarcane cultivation in Klaten district. It can be done, because the Klaten district has
sugarcane plantation area of 1193.24 hectares and the company has potent to conduct
mutually beneficial cooperation. |
