One of them to be considered is numbers of feedwater heaters should be used and needed to lead that goal.
Varying the numbers of feedwater heaters is main purpose in this research. One feedwater heater to take a place in system design till seven feedwater heater to take a place in system design are carry out to find how significantly variation of numbers of feedwater heaters against steam power plant efficiency. Microsotf visual basic 6.0 is used to facilitate and to accelerate the calculation process and it can be running as interactive program then input and output are showing at same time.
Analysis result shows that steam power plant efficiency increase through more feedwater heaters were used but this increment is only valid for five till seven feedwater heaters that put it in the design. However, it also shows that efficiency increment is not significantly while numbers of feedwater heaters more than seven where put it in the design. |
