Summary:Styrofoam has been non degreadable material. When it�s been used as raw material of antishock packing made the problem for environment. It�s meant to be a replacement for styrofoam and more degreadable. Cocodust is more degreadable due naturally than synthesized polymerization of styrofoam. Cocodust has been preparated for electronic and glassware tools. Cocodust could be modificated by bleaching and dyeing. The result shows that bleaching agent can give lighten brightness of cocodust and the high concentrations can reduce the aggregate size but the kind of bleaching agent can not effect on the characteristics of cocodust, so the optimal concentration needed to be exploited so that it can used for raw materials cocodustfoam. The result of bleaching cocodust have been treated with dyeing. The result of dyeing obtained that the optimal effect of natural dyes concentration on absorbance. The kind of natural dyes could not effect on the absorbance of dyes.. The concentration of bleaching agent that does not degrade the cocodust aggregate maximum of 10% (w/v) while the optimal concentration of natural dyes in the dyeing process with anthocyanin at 2.45%
