Summary: | The condition of Berbak National Park which functions as
peatland/wetland protected area is currently vulnerable due to disturbances caused
by social and economical activities. This condition causes deterioration of the
quality of the region as a life support area. The aim of this research is to determine
zone allocations which can fulfill various stakeholder interests.
The method used to deal with this situation in the research is the Multiple
Goal Programming using technical, social, economical and spatial data.
The research result can be explained as follows: 1) Zone allocations, core
zone = 133.002,40 hectares
