| Summary: | One of the efforts in establishing good relations with the donor and
government transparency is the improvement in the sector of information system.
This improvement included the establishment of information system, database
system compilation, and implementation of information system. This
improvement was utilization of information technology and communication the
government transformation toward e-Government. For this purpose,
The Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Board (BRR) of Aceh and Nias has
initiated to improve the application of donation management information system
aimed to ease in managing donation, distribution, and project even distribution
based on priority need of a district and accountability.
The research was conducted through communication, planning, and
modeling that referred to web engineering framework. The model included the
application system of logic design, system architecture, and visual modeling
design. This visual modeling design included use-case diagrams, class diagrams,
sequence diagrams. Meanwhile for data collection was conducted in library
research, interview and browsing in the internet and proceeded to analysis stage.
Following that, the outcomes in a web base information system was expected to
be utilized by all level of community, the government and donors to conduct
searching regarding activity information based on donation they have provided.
This thesis attempted to produce planning and implementation of the
information system of donation management including disbursement financial
management and commitment, location and sector management, target and
achievement realization activities based on key performance indicator. The
outcome of this research is a web-based information system. The system is
hopefully can be used for public general purpose, researcher who will develop and
learn about donation especially contribution from international to support good
government.
