Summary: | This study aims to determine the relationship between achievement
motivation and employee performance with organizational climate. The research
measurement scales are consisted of performance, achievement motivation and
organizational climate.
Data analysis was done by using multiple regression analysis with the help
of SPSS computer program. The analysis showed that achievement motivation
and organizational climate together have a very significant relationship with
performance (Fvalue of 9071 and the significance probability of 0.001, p <0.01).
Separately achievement motivation has a positive relationship with employee
performance. Effective contribution of achievement motivation on performance of
19.9%. Separate organizational climate is negatively related to employee
performance. Large contribution of organizational climate on performance 14.2%. |
