Summary: | Land purchase agreement in customary law are classified into three,
namely: annual Sell, Sell lien, and Sell loose. Annual Sale is an act of surrender a
piece of land, to receive a payment of money in cash or cash with the promise of
legal acts without something more, the land will return itself to the owner of the
land after harvest, or apply a few times a few years.
The purpose of this research is to find answers to problems relating to the
implementation of annual sales agreements under customary law in the District
Kalasan Sleman District, among others: Is the reason the background for the
occurrence of annual sales agreements under customary law and how to dispute
settlement case between seller and buyer's annual yearly.
The sample in this study amounted to 22 people consisting of 4 members
of the village from the village Tirtomartani, Purwomartani village, and village
Selomartani, 18 residents from three villages, who had conducted the annual sale
agreement. Data analysis methods used are qualitative methods.
Based on research results, in District Kalasan, the majority of annual sales
agreements made orally on the basis of the principle of mutual trust. The reasons
behind the occurrence of annual sales agreements under customary law are: the
annual Sale and easier to get money and land and equipment to be returned after
the agreement ends
