| Summary: | This thesis aims to analyze the relationship between price uncertainty and output
uncertainty with allocative efficiency. In addition, this thesis also analyzes how the
influence of price uncertainty and output uncertainty on farmers income. The result
obtained by using OLS method show that the uncertainty caused the price of farmers
income is decreased and the positive effect of output uncertainty on farmers income,
while the relationship between each of the two variables on allocative efficiency is
different. The uncertainty of the output has a positive relationship with allocative
efficiency, while price uncertainty has the negative relationship with allocative
efficiency. |
