Summary: | Meniran (Phyllanthus niruri) is widely used as traditional medicine. The
need to produce a standardized herbal medicine raw materials has urged a
research to study the effect of shading, N and Mg fertilizer dosage on phyllanthin
and total flavonoid yield of P. niruri.
Field experiment was conducted on November 2010 until February 2011
at Kalitirto, Berbah, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Split plot design was used in this
experiment. The main plot was shading, have 3 levels : full light intensity or
without shading (S0), 60% paranets shading (S1), and 95% tree stands shading
(S2). The subplots was N and Mg fertilizer dosage (5 : 1), have 5 levels : 0 g urea
0 g MgSO4 (F0)
