Land-lease agreement is Ground of Countryside Cash objective of this research
was to know the Land-lease in Banguntapan subdistrict construction agreement
BOT (Built, Operate and Transfer). And it more was know for aspect law

This research was empiric and norm research with consept phenomenological or

subdistrict territory. Normative Law research constitute a research was to do
litteratur matter research (secunder data). This resecrch also used direct research
or field research for found valid output .
