This research was empiric and norm research with consept phenomenological or
conceptual approach about Ground of Countryside Cash in Banguntapan
subdistrict territory. Normative Law research constitute a research was to do
litteratur matter research (secunder data). This resecrch also used direct research
or field research for found valid output .
The stranger of research to do Land-lease agreement is Ground of Countryside
Cash in Banguntapan subdistrict territory doesn�t BOT System. Land-lease
agreement is Ground of Countryside Cash among Village Government was owner
Ground of Countryside Cash and lessee found protected and assurance of law,
although to do underhand. Agreement what to do underhand in a formal juridical
completely agreement prequrirement according in 1320 KUHPerdata article. |
