description Human resources departement becomes strategic partner in corporate when its goal performance based on corporate strategic goals. The instrument that applied for measuring performance of human resources departement is human resources scorecard. The subtances of human resources scorecard are strategic mapping of human resources departement in four perspective derrived from corporate goals and completed by performance measurement indicators. Quasi experiment applied in this research. Eleven participants involve in this research by participating in workshop of arranging human resources scorecard. By involving employee of human resources departement on arranging human resources scorecard, employee are appreciated and contribute on achievement of corporate goals that measured by performance measurement indicators. This process will raise employee�s motivation and job involvement in work. This workshop arranged to raise job involvement that is measured by pre-test and post-test. This reasearch shows that human resources scorecard workshop can raise job involvement.
