| Summary: | This research is intent on estimating street park (plantation a long side the
roads) values of Frans Nala road in Western Manggarai Regency by cost method
and determining the good planning mechanism in the street park making. It is a
qualitative research which had been held on 2011 with sample data taken from
General Expenditure Budget Planning at program compiling process on 2008,
compared with unit price circulated recently in 2011.
In order to achieve the objectives of this research, the appropriate planning
mechanism is needed, therefore the street park can be developed according
implementation and technical guidelines regulated by Central Government
through Specific Allocation Fund, whose calculation using Reproduction Cost
New (RCN) estimation and reduced by depreciation occurred on Street Park. The
relationship among independent variables can be observed by calculating the land
value, data of Tax Object Sales Value, expenditure for supply of plant seedlings,
and correction factors of plants after planting process on Street Park. Then, the
results of analysis show that planning mechanism and street park valuation using
DRC method can assist government of Western Manggarai Regency, especially
State Environmental Agency of Western Manggarai Regency, in composing
Regional Work Unit balance sheet. The result of DRC calculation is Rp
48,112,232,269.
