fixed. It becomes a challenge how we can progress to build and provide housing
with attention to balance environmental and natural resources.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect factors of residential
value in the area of Bumi Serpong Damai. It also measured the independent
variables wich is land size, building size, width of the street, and dummy variable
is green architecture..
By using multiple regression (Multiple Regression) by the method of OLS
(Ordinary Least Squares) OLS, through eviews 6.0 programme. The study results
showed that the aspect of green architecture are significant and positive effects on
the residential value, and the other variables, such as land size, and building size
also significant on residential value. |
