| Summary: | This research discuss about implementation of ethical code sanction toward
notary who make morality transgression beyond notary profession. This research
aims to find out the causes of ethical code which can�t be constructed efficiently yet
by notary beyond conducting his profession as notary and to find out the sanction of
notary who makes the morality transgression beyond his profession as notary.
This research is juridical empiric that is an approach toward problem through
viewing and observing the acceptable law norm connected to the existing phenomena
from finding problem in the research. This research applies literary research by using
secondary data from the law materials related to this research and also field research
through collecting primary data as information which directly obtained in the research
location. The sample taking using non sampling random with the selected respondent
type of sampling purposively that is subject taking based on such characteristics or
quality closely related to the population which has been found out previously.
The ethical code can�t be constructed effectively yet by notary beyond
conducting his profession as notary caused by the notary prefer to esteem than
integrity and the lack of awareness of notary in comprehending the regulation of
ethical code and irresolute the Notary Controller Board and Notary Honorary Board
in handing an ethical code transgression, therefore, from the transgression given
sanction as rebuke, warning, scorching from association member, onzetting from
association member and discharging disrespectfully from association member.
