To give better understanding of WLAN performance in various condition, a study of parameters that affect Quality of Service (QoS) is needed. This paper examines the QoS of IEEE 802.11 standard in the building. The parameters of wireless link such as bandwidth, delay, packet loss, throughput, the number of active users, mechanism of RTS/CTS and influence of the propagation are considered. From this research has solved that the Quality of service affected by type of propagation signal, amount of user, type of packet protocol and RTS/CTS mechanism.
