Siaga. The role of rural society in realizing the huge screen, while the role
more as a companion service provider community or provide advice to the
public in the form of technical facilitation in the field. Partnership is one of the
pillars of sustainability community empowerment in health. Partnership in
realizing of Desa Siaga does not stand apart from the contribution of various
parties, the partnership between government and citizens, and among
community institutions exist in the village.
Objective: This study aims to determine the level of partnership in the
implementation Desa Siaga in the working area Puskesmas Sedayu II.
Method: This study was descriptive using case study design. The unit of
analysis of this study is two villages in the area of Puskesmas Sedayu
II. Respondents consisted of Midwives, Nurses, Puskesmas officials, cadres,
and Community Leaders.
Results: Measurement instruments partnership with 17 variables of 30 dusun
as Puskesmas Sedayu II working area, the obtained results of 18 dusun
(60%) a good partnership, while the remaining 12 dusun (40%) less
partnership. Analysis of cross-table between the partnership of Desa Siaga
with dusun conditions, Kadarzi coverage, the coverage of D/S, the level
development of Posyandu, and the larva-free rate (ABJ) showed no
significant relation.
Conclusion: The level partnership of Desa Siaga are well, much found in
less condition dusun. The partnership has been known by the communities as
�gotongroyong� and cooperation to solve their problem. |
