Community Independent Empowerment Program of Marine and Fisheries in
Bangka Tengah District, analyzing the impact of distribution fund of Direct
Community Financial Assistance to the income of fishermen beneficiaries of the
program and analyze income and the differences between the income of fishermen
according to differences in size of Direct Community Financial Assistance
funding received, age, fishing experience, education, ownership of the number of
gear types and fishing intensity.
The data used are primary data obtained from the respondents' answers and
secondary data from the Department of Marine and Fisheries of Bangka Tengah
District. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis and qualitative
analysis with two different test average, Paired-Sample T-Test and Independent
Sample Test.
Based on the evaluation concluded that Activities of the National Program
for Independent Community Empowerment of Marine and Fisheries in the Village
of Baskara Bakti and Kayu Besi Subdistrict of Namang Bangka Tengah Regency
has well executed and provide great benefits for fishermen beneficiaries. The
calculation result shows that the net income of fishermen before receiving the
funds is different from the net income of fishermen after receiving founds of
Direct Community Financial Assistance, the net income average of fishermen
after receiving the funds is Rp1.858.634 or increased 15.97 percent of the net
income average of fishermen before receiving the funds in the amount of
Rp1.602.657. The Net income of Fisherman in Village of Baskara Bakti and Kayu
Besi is Rp1.389.487. Net income of fishermen did not differ between groups
according to the amount of funds received, age, fishing experience, education
level and amount of gear ownership. Different numbers of days at sea (fishing
intensity) are factors that influence the differences in net income of fishermen,
fishermen go to sea with the number of days above 26 days income is 35.81
percent larger. |
