carried out is still classical, while the other educational institutions are racing to
implement teaching methods appropriate to the circumstances that surrounded
him. Other conditions indicate that the role of education is not a maximal of ten
components, emphasizing the principle of learning is still military, and others.
Therefore the learning process and make the constraint is not optimal in an effort
to increase human resources Military Academy Cadets.
The subjects of research or study population is all of Cadets Academy
Military School Year 2010/2011 and the samples used are two separate samples
that Cadet Level III classes are selected by the sample aims (purposive sampling),
with the consideration that the existing Level III Cadets. While this type of
research is experimental research by dividing the sample into two groups, namely
the control and treatment groups. Data was collected through observation,
interviews, questionnaires, library research and documentation. All data were
processed and analyzed in a quantitative combined with qualitative.
The results of the study is to provide an alternative and new breakthroughs
through the implementation of cooperative learning methods to be taken into
consideration that classical learning methods that have been used as a reference
learning is no longer relevant. The application of learning methods will be
synergized with the military aspects of knowledge, attitudes and behavior, as well
as physical that characterize military education, so that future human resources
officer Cadets will be a reliable figure of good academic, behavioral and physical.
In its implementation can be seen through some situations that include
learning atmosphere in class, the development of learners and the role of
educators. The situation in the class indicate a multi-cultural learning, while
developing more humanis learners in the sense of the role of the cadet in learning
more optimized, and the role of educators is not just a transfer of knowledge but
more as a motivator, mediator and resource persons.
The results obtained show that learning can no longer relevant classical
learning applied in the Military Academy Cadet. In this lesson cadets merely as a
listener while educators take on the role of learning more. Therefore, the Military
Academy must have the courage to take an action by providing new breakthrough
through the implementation of cooperative learning methods. It is not as a
rebellion of education, but it is a necessity. With the implementation of
cooperative learning method was found to improve the quality of human resources
