| Summary: | Research on the "Prohibition of Using The Symbol of Republic of Indonesia in
Notary Name Card" aims to identify the factors that caused the violation of the
prohibition of using the symbol of Republic of Indonesia in notary name card in
Sleman district, Yogyakarta Special province, and to know the top law enforcement
violation of the prohibition of using the symbol of Republic of Indonesia in notary
name card in Sleman district, Yogyakarta Special province.
This research is a kind of applied normative law research, the type of research
conducted with emphasis on field research supported by the research literature. The
field research was conducted in the district of Sleman, Yogyakarta Special province.
The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and descriptively presented by
describing and outlining in accordance with the problems related to the research
results.
The research concludes that the factors that causes a violation of the prohibition
of using the symbol of the Republic of Indonesia in the notary name card in Sleman
district, Yogyakarta Special province, which is due to ignorance about the legal
construction of the prohibition of using the symbol of Republic of Indonesia in
notary name cards, follow the example of senior officers and colleagues who use the
symbol of the Republic of Indonesia in notary name cards, and the urge to look
"manly" as a public official carrier state authority. Regional Advisory Board of the
district of Sleman, do not implement the rule of law for these violations, because they
think it is not a serious offense and is a matter of each individual notary.
