| Summary: | <p>This case report aims to inform the complex esthetic restorative treatment of four maxillary anterior teeth to restore the function of missing teeth. Twoteeth following root canaltreatments were restored using fiber posts and porcelain fused to metal restorations. Twoother teeth directly was restored using composite resin. A 21-year-olds female. The diagnosis has been established asfollowed, dentine caries on the maxillary right canine, pulp necrosis on the maxillary right central incisor, irreversible pulpitis on the maxillary left central incisor and dentin carieson maxillary left lateral incisor.Treatment: The following treatments have been undertaken as followed, the maxillary right canine was restored using composite resin, the maxillary right central Incisor was done one visit root canal treatment, the maxillary left central incisor was carried out pulpectomy. A subsequent visit was conducted fiber post Inserting, and core making followed by taking an impression. Furthermore, in the next visit, porcelain fused to metal jacket crown was inserted and then was restored with composite resin after a layer of glass !onomer was applied to protect the pulp. Three-month evaluation showed that the patient had no complaints of pain during chewing. Notraumatic occlusion and tooth supporting tissues was in good condition and patient was satisfied with the treatment outcome. It can be concluded that the outcome of complex esthetic restorative treatment of four maxillary anterior teeth can reestablished the function of the teeth.</p>
