Chitosan with high molecular weight are fungistatik being able to change the permeability of the membrane walls of microbes and osmotic balance internal. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of high molecular weight chitosan on the growth of Candidaalbicans in denture thermoplasticnylon.
