| Summary: | This study aimed to describe the planning of Hajj accommodation in Saudi
Arabia in 1432 H/2011 M, and describe the relationship between lodging planning of
hajj in Saudi Arabia and the hajj lodging services and the result, as well as to
determine any factors that support and hinder the Indonesian Hajj organizers to
provide a good hajj accommodation in Saudi Arabia.
This study was conducted on lodging planning of Indonesia hajj in Saudi
Arabia in 1432 H/2011 M Hajj operation. The data were collected by document
review and interviews. Interviews were conducted to explore and uncover further on
the document and the existing data and to search for the comparable data.
The results of this study indicated that (1) In the hajj season 1432 H/2011 M ,
Hajj Services Directorate which responsible for accommodation in Saudi Arabia did
not yet arrange a strategic planning of Indonesia hajj lodging in Saudi Arabia |
