BAPPEDA Province of East Kalimantan has a fairly high intensity activities. Interactions that occur between employees, guests and the office will result in movement of traffic flow in BAPPEDA Province of East Kalimantan with the arrangement of parking needs. In this study used traffic counting survey methods and questionnaires to determine the factors that most influence on the trip attraction, parking requirements and the application of optimal parking fees that may be applicable in the BAPPEDA Province of East Kalimantan. The analysis in this study using SPSS version 11.5 to determine the variables that most influence on the trip attraction and parking needs in BAPPEDA Province of East Kalimantan. The results showed that the model of trip attraction that occurs after the regression analysis is Y = 0.451 + 0.503 X1 + 0.395 X5 with the most influential factors of car users and revenues of 50.1%, which is considered to have a fairly strong relationship. When an increase in the intensity of activity, then the office building with an area of 1 ha able to attract 240 motorcycles and 390 cars / day. With the accumulation of parking at peak hours of 86 cars and 200 motorcycles with the highest parking duration 120-180 minutes (2-3 hours), with the number of vehicles 103 vehicles cars and 176 motorcycles parked vehicles. Applied rates are the rates that may be progressive with the rate of Rp 2000, - for the first two hours and a maximum rate of Rp 4000, - for the automobile. And Rp 1500, - for the first two hours and a maximum rate of Rp 3500, - to a maximum tariff for motorcycle.
