the potential as a raw material producing biogas. The addition of cow manure in
an anaerobic fermentation process pulp, coffee mucilage is able to accelerate
reaction of biogas forming. Experiment is done to calculate biogas production
from liquid coffee waste base to variation of composition pulp, mucilage and
addition cow manure. Experiment is done in the labolatory scale, used batch
system digester with 5 litre of volume. Pulp coffee substrat (PK) and coffee
mucilage (LK) separately and its mixture (PLK) with volume (a) 2,5 litre, (b) 3,0
litre, (c) 3,5 litre and (d) 4,0 litre , each enhanced by 1 kg of cow manure. Each
variation is done with three replicates. Production process of biogas percieved by
during 30 days. Performance of biogas production percieved to measurement
parameter gas concentration of metan (CH4) ratio of karbon-nitrogen (C/N ratio),
total of solid (TS), volatile solid (VS), requirement of oxygen (COD), acidity (pH)
and teperature. Experiment result showed that the highest of biogas production is
mixture variation substrat coffee mucilage 3,5 litre with 1 kg of cow manure
(LKc) amounted 72,75 litre/kg TS and CH4 40,19% |
