| Summary: | Migration of Indonesian Workers (TKI) to abroad can also to solve labor
problems in Indonesia and increase foreign exchange, in particular it is can also
improve the lot and build the living standards of households. However,
migration of Indonesian workers abroad also has its contradictions and new
implications of TKI family disharmony.
In the family between husband and wife have rights and obligations each other.
Because the husband is a migrant worker in abroad, then the rights and
obligations of each can not be fulfilled completely, this will present conflict and
certainly can influencing the harmony of family. In order to the family of TKI
can be harmony so it is necessary they have management of family.
This research aim, to determine the dynamics of family harmony management of
Indonesian Workers (TKI) in Bulangan Village, Dukun District of Gresik
Residence.
