| Summary: | The overlapping of locatian permit cases in mining sector is one of
problem in permit practice. One of the cases that will be talk in this thesis is about
the case that was explored in this thesis was about the cases of overlapping coal
mining location permit in Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province between PT.
Karya Bumi Baratama and PT. Sungai Belati Coal.
This thesis is the qualitative research with explorative methods. Data was
collected by library review, interview and obervations in location. Data analysis
was done by content analysis and then compare by spasial analysis of the location
permit of the mining zone in Sarolangun Regency.
This study shows that the regulation of the authorithy in giving the coal
mining permits between Cental Goverrnment and Local Government was not
relevan with the spasial regulation that could be the reference of publishing
permits. The important of regulatioan sincronization in the practice of coal mining
is needed in order to prevent the same cases later. |
