Summary: | This research aims to find out and discuss about the problematic of
Building Right Utility extension that can be imposed by Obligation Right on Land
Office in Samarinda City, and to determine the role of Land Office in Samarinda
City in solving the problems related to the process of Building Right Utility
extension that can be imposed by Obligation Right.
This research arranged using empiric research that is the research which
emphasizes field research to find the primary data that is the data obtained directly
from the field with uses data collecting technique as interview, supported by
secondary data that is data obtained from literature research. Moreover, regarding
the obtained data, it conducted the qualitative analysis and formed as descriptive
result finding report.
Based on the research, the obtained results are: (1) there is extension of
Building Right Utility problematic which can be imposed by obligation right, it
consists of 2(two) problems, they are the extension of Building Right Utility
which matures before the credit expired and the less of society perception related
to extension of Building Right Utility process
