| Summary: | This study aims to appraise the stock and government share on PT Bank
Tabungan Negara (BTN) year 2011. The valuation is conducted as input data to
the database the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) because the
government ownership in the database DJKN still recorded in the number of
shares and book value, not to present the fair value.
Data examined were the company�s financial statement, financial
statements of comparable company, stock prices of comparable company and
