mapping solutions APBNP of the implementation process in building construction
work associated with APBNP. In addition this study wanted to find and establish
the factors that affect product satisfaction in building construction.
The method of sampling conducted in this research is to use purposive sampling
and by using interviews and kuisener to see how the perception of stakeholders
and the project owner. The analysis is carried out using quantitative and
qualitative analysis as well as an association hypothesis by using the Pearson
Product Moment (PPM). The hypothesis that there are 5 terms of the percentage
difference between realization and an ideal time to satisfaction, the contract to the
satisfaction of work per day and per day of work contract value per m
2
of product
satisfaction, contract for alevel working day on satisfaction and contract work per
m
2
per day pertingkat to the value of product satisfaction.
The results obtained in this study is that the problems occur is the availability of
materials, the number of volumes in a short time, labor and cooperation with other
contractors in a building. The strategy used is more rapid dismantling of
formwork, the addition of shift work and labor, the addition of equipment,
production and coordination of self-help readymix intense. From the test results of
PPM was also found that the factors that influence the construction of buildings is
contract value per day of work and the contract value of work per day per a level.
Based on study results found the ideal value of work per day contract for the
building project is Rp.320.000.000, - and the ideal value of work per day for a
level contract is Rp.55.000.000, -. |
