| Summary: | This research aims to find out the relationship between emotional
intelligence and self-efficacy with the motivation of achievement. The subject of
this research are students of class XI Science Majors High School 1 Probolinggo
city. The overall subject involved amounted to 151 students. Data collection
method used is an motivation of achievement scale, the intelligence emotions
scale and self-efficacy scale. Data analysis was done with regression analysis
techniques. The results showed that: 1). significant positive relationship between
emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with the motivation of achievement,
retrieved the value of F = 35.295 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.01) and R = 0.568 with an
effective contribution amounting to 32.3% |
