networking issue.
This research adopted descriptive-narrative method
describing the work of Badan Percepatan Pembangunan Kawasan
Teluk (BP2KT) of West Papua province in networking activities.
Data were gathered through desk study involving literature and
documentation studies. Textual data supplementation and data
validity cross-checking were conducted by performing interviews
with several key actors.
This research identified that the BP2KT had not performed
real activities yet, and it was vacuum and stagnant. This was due to
less-maturity of the organization. The organization was embryonic |
