Summary: | This thesis is a study regarding managing the wealth of a High Net Worth
Individual, which in this case the sample is Mr. Hangky family. The thesis is
discussing about the client�s profile based on risk taking type, evaluating portfolio
in in allocating assets, evaluating wealth transition and formulating problemsolving
alternatives for the client based on The Pillars of Wealth Management.
The Client on this thesis is aged 45 years old and working as an IT
director, with moderate risk tolerance and so the author is making investment
recommendation which is suitable to the client�s risk tolerance level. Given that
the Client has relatively young age with no pension plan and has two small
children, the author is focusing on giving recommendation of preparing pension
fund and education fund for the two children. The recommendation is then given
to the client by giving two scenario alternatives which is suitable with the risk
tolerance.
The result is that the first scenario can increase the client�s wealth by Rp .
1.467.632.826,- and the second scenario can increase it by Rp 1.376.332.826,-.
These two scenarios has their own advantages and disadvantages. The difference
between the two scenarios is in the allocation of the liquid assets of client�s
wealth, which can give difference amount of wealth.
